Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Okay let me preface by saying I’m almost a month overdue for leaving this review for such an amazing group of people. I recently had to move to Texas and thought I was going in for a “one last cleaning/filling”. Boy, was I wrong. I needed quite a bit of emergency work and they did not disappoint. This happened to be my first time even going to this dentist office. From initially walking in, everyone was so welcoming. Every step of every procedure was thoroughly explained. Making sure you are comfortable and feeling at ease, is definitely a priority. I had to come back for several visits, and they worked around my extremely tight schedule. From the office manager, assistants, my hygienist, surgeon, and orthodontist, everyone was amazing, even the staff I didn’t work directly with. It’s almost envious how the staff feels and operates like a family. Nobody seems “in charge” or intimidating to other staff members which is a big deal for me. A great working environment makes employees do their jobs with love and kindness. I kept telling them I wish I could pack up the office and bring them to TX with me. The irony is finding such an amazing dentist group right when it was time to leave

When I tell you I have extreme dental anxiety... That is putting it lightly. Today I had an extraction done by Dr Miller with Jeanette assisting and I was so thankful for them. Dr Miller's beside manner is amazing. Calm, explains things. Jeanette even held my hand and talked to me to help calm me. Amazing team and my procedure went well. I'm so happy to have had them. They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office and felt like it deserved a full shoutout. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team Amy, Claudia O, Amanda, and Leslie made everything smooth and welcoming. They were professional, attentive, and honestly just a pleasure to interact with. You can tell they take pride in making patients feel comfortable right away. My hygienist, Veronica, was outstanding. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole visit stress-free. You don’t always find that level of care and patience, so it really stood out. Jenny, the office manager, keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine. The organization, communication, and overall vibe of the office reflect strong leadership, and it shows in every part of the experience. And I have to say this is one of the most beautiful teams I’ve ever seen in a dental office. Everyone carries themselves with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy, which makes the whole environment feel even better. Overall, this was easily a 5-star experience. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated with care, respect, and efficiency from start to fini
